This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town. The location couldn't be more perfect, with museums, churches, restaurants, and bars just steps away. The room itself was compact, but clean and inviting, with attention to detail. The modern kitchen and air conditioning were a great plus, and the friendly staff made us feel at home.

The apartment was large, well furnished and comfortable. Everything worked as it should and nothing was missing. Fresh towels delivered as a bonus on day 2. Location was easy to get to and well positioned.

No credit card facility made some problems in getting the cashfrom the banks/exchange as demanded by the owner/agent.

katarina old town doublebed room was a fantastic choice for our stay in dubrovnik. the hosts were so helpful, even collecting us and arranging transport of our bags. the room was fabulous and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a small fridge and a great shower. spotlessly clean and the location was perfect.

Toaster was missing.

Location in the Old Town - perfect for the visit of Dubrovnik. Apartment is fairly well equiped even with small things traveler would need, including some consumables.

No real complaints, but couple words of warning: Parking - if you come by car, parking is at premium and expensive. The cheapest option is to use nearby parking garage. For GPS use address Zagrebacka 52, Dubrovnik, 180 Kn per day (report and pay immediately if you want day parking). Stairs - there is number of them to get to the appartment and apartment itself is on two levels. Consider that if you have wheelchair or a pram. Otherwise, the most of Old Town has similar access dificulties.

Staying in the heart of the old city center is unbeatable for a family getaway, making it a wonderful location. Our room was free from any noise pollution but conveniently located close to a range of museums, cafes and shops. The room was clean and regularly maintained, the bathroom provided enough space, and the service was impeccable. the stunning view from the bedroom window added to our memorable experience.

Finding a parking spot nearby was a bit of a hassle due to the constant hustle and bustle of tourists.

The apartment is located in the middle of Dubrovnik Old Town, so it allowed one to enjoy the best part of town. Also, a hair dryer was provided.

The owner arrived hours late to hand over the keys. (The excuse was that there was traffic.) There was no indication on the door to the apartment that I was at the right place. I just waited for him to arrive. Finally, when he arrived, I learned that the apartment had not been cleaned before my arrival, so I couldn't shower. Instead, I had to leave the apartment and wait until the owner cleaned it. When I returned, the refrigerator was left dirty and the owner had not left the password for the Wi-Fi. I had to go to a nearby internet cafe -- one that charged 3 Euros ($4.20) for a 30-minute session -- to request the Wi-Fi password. When the owner's representative arrived to give me the password, she immediately asked for payment in full and didn't offer compensation for all the inconvenience experienced so far. The following morning, I woke up at 10:00am to shower and there was no hot water. Overall, the apartment's only strong point is its location. There are better deals in the area and I suggest that you book elsewhere.

Location

We had the apartment in Palmoticeva 20. There are 70 steep steps to climb in order to reach the room. This may be problematic in many cases. In particular, if you have heavy luggage, or babies with pushchair (as in our case). This circumstance was not written on Booked.net. The owner (Tonka) has been very efficient before our arrival. However, she not warned us about the stairs, although she knew about our condition. The apartment (which does not appear in the pictures displayed on Booked.net) needs some refurbishment and the furnitures are mostly old.

We had a great stay in this city! Best aspects were the cleanliness, central location just outside the Old Town, and the friendly and helpful staff. We also appreciated the hotel facilities including the kitchenette, fridge, and comfortable bedding.

The apartment was well located and very clean. I can't imagine an easier way of accomodation: you just enjoy your own apartment in the middle of old town life (no hotel receptions or annoying neighbours) and leave the key when you go. I can recommend this to anyone who like exlporing the city and its night life and needs the room for a good sleep and shower. Perfect! Ps. The personnel was very kind and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town! The location couldn't have been better - just a quick walk to all the attractions. The attention to detail was outstanding, with a lovely welcome package of cakes, biscuits, milk, tea, and coffee in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning and a beautiful view. great value for money and a wonderful experience.

Everything was perfect.

So central and convenient to restaurants the inner town which is magic and the owner picked us up carried the 2 heavy bags 52 steps uphill to appt which was fully furnished and free access to some foods and alcohol. On dept he carried the bags to street level and we pushed them 500meters to taxi/bus stop.. Fantastic to live in old dubrvnik town the largest completly surrounded walled city where thousands of boat visitors can only come to visit where we stayed.
